Dish: Cuisine for Change is Second Harvest Heartland’s annual gala and plays a crucial role in our work toward a brighter tomorrow.

At Dish, you’ll salivate at the dozens of gourmet dishes prepared by the best chefs in and around the Twin Cities, participate in exciting live and silent auctions and enjoy a plethora of fine wine and other beverages. But the night doesn’t end until your sides hurt from laughing at uproarious comedy.

We truly live in the breadbasket of the world’s wealthiest nation. Minnesota is home to some of the largest grocery retailers, and tens of thousands of farms that collectively produce enough food to fill every dinner table in the state.

Second Harvest Heartland is committed to ensuring every family, working parent, child or older adult has access to the meals they need to live a healthy, fruitful and fulfilling life. We’re working tirelessly to fill dinner tables by reducing waste, increasing efficiencies, breaking down barriers to access and ultimately better connecting the abundant resources here in the heartland with our neighbors in need.
