Dish: Cuisine for Change is Second Harvest Heartland’s annual gala and plays a crucial role in our work toward a brighter tomorrow.

At the ninth annual Dish, you’ll salivate at the dozens of gourmet dishes prepared by the best chefs in and around the Twin Cities, participate in exciting live and silent auctions and enjoy a plethora of fine wine and other beverages. But the night doesn’t end until your sides hurt from laughing at the uproarious comedy performed by stand-up comedian Sebastian Maniscalco. You may recognize Sebastian from appearances on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno or his Comedy Central special, Sebastian Live!
